Through live demonstrations and realistic simulations, participants experience what it’s like to respond to emergencies. Activities include mock fire drills, ladder climbing, hose handling, and team-based problem-solving scenarios.
Experienced firefighters and emergency service professionals mentor participants, sharing insights about the profession, its challenges, and the rewards of a career in public service. Students also receive guidance on educational pathways and training programs for pursuing a career in firefighting.
The program emphasizes the importance of teamwork, communication, and leadership in high-stress situations. Participants engage in group activities and challenges that strengthen these critical skills.
This program is more than just career exploration—it’s an opportunity to inspire a sense of purpose and responsibility in young individuals. By equipping participants with practical skills and a glimpse into the life of a firefighter, we aim to spark a passion for public service and community protection.
